Since your 2024 Alliance Delta 292RK has the scissor jacks mounted on an angle you will need to use the JT's Strong Arm Jack Stabilizer Kit # LC191025. The MORryde Scissor Jack Cross Brace Stabilizer # MR82AR is designed to be mounted on jacks mounted perpendicular to the trailers frame. view full answer...
The height from the mounting bracket on the A-Frame Trailer Jack # DL22781 to the top of the jack is 10 3/4". This jack also has a overall retracted height of 20 1/2", and is 9 3/4" from the mounting bracket to the bottom of the jack. view full answer...
Hey Brian, so a-frame jacks aren't designed to have just the inner portion replaced like you asked about. You would need to replace the entire jack which would require cutting off the old jack and welding on a new one like the part # BD155028 that has a wheel caster with part # BD500245.
Now if your jack has a removable foot plate and an outer diameter of 2 inch you could just use the wheel # BD500245. view full answer...
To determine if there is a Rebuild Kit # LC92CJ for your Lippert jacks I will need to know what jacks you have. There is no way to identify the jacks on your Keystone Montana as the trailer manufacturer does not have a database with the parts installed on their camper. You should be able to find the jack information either on a service tag or stamped into the jack. view full answer...
The electric jack we have that has the lowest retracted height is the Stromberg Carlson part # JET-3555 which has that dimension at 8-1/2 inches. Everything else is going to be 9 inches or more. view full answer...
Hey Jack,
The rack and gear for the Rack-and-Post Assembly w/ Steel Wheel for Bulldog Rack-and-Gear Jacks # BD018006 (0180060301) you have is listed under part number BD162300, but it's unfortunately no longer available. You could try reaching out to Bulldog directly to see if they might still have some in stock, otherwise you'd need to switch to an entirely new jack for your trailer. view full answer...
Hey Dallas, thanks for reaching out!
The manual for your Phoenix Electric Trailer Jack # UF38-944040 says the red light will come on during operation if a low voltage situation exists, meaning you need to fully charge your trailer battery.
If the red light is flashing for 3 seconds then that means you have a high amp situation instead and you need to reduce your load, or replace some parts so you'll need to call Ultra-Fab directly (800-860-7571) for servicing options. view full answer...
Hi there Dennis; good question and the difference is solely in their application, how they attach, and the parts to do so. If you have a 5th wheel trailer, and the space between the front landing gear is 58 inches (measured inside to inside) use the JT's Strong Arm Jack Stabilizer Kit for 5th Wheel RVs w/ 58" or More Between Landing Gear # LC191023.
the Strong Arm will attach directly to the landing gear legs; however, if you have a travel trailer with scissor jacks you will use the JT's... view full answer...
Hey Charley, so trailer jacks like the Bulldog part # BD1700100317 that you referenced don't have set maintenance procedures so we don't have a maintenance video we can share with you. There really isn't anything to do to maintain it aside from maybe just try not to drag it on driveway curbs. view full answer...
Hey Branden, I have a great solution. So what you'll want to do is go with a longer shank for your Recurve WD system like the part # EQ90-02-4500 which will give you the extension you need to allow your tailgate to open without hitting the tailgate.
Extensions don't work as they aren't rated for use with WD systems. The shank is the same design as what the Recurve uses. view full answer...
Great question Marc, so picking out an electric trailer jack is not like car parts where it's based on the year make and model. Instead it really comes down to what you value from the jack. There are more expensive options that are really fast and have higher capacities like the Phoenix part # UF38-944055 which raise and lower in a matter of seconds and come with a remote.
Or we have a more stripped down version that is still fast with the part # UF38-944040.
If you wanted something... view full answer...
Hello Matty. The Replacement Mounting Hardware for Dutton-Lainson Bolt-On Trailer Jacks # DL22443 does have a marine grade zinc coating. Dutton-Lainson states that both their jacks and the hardware have a 500-hour salt spray rating. So, the rust resistance will be good. Not as good as stainless but still good. We do always recommend rinsing the jack and hardware with fresh water after you dunk it in the salt. view full answer...
No, Sheldon I am sorry we do not. Additionally, I checked with Fulton and they do not offer what is labeled part number 9 on the exploded diagram listed below. If you need to replace this part you will most likely have to purchase a new Fulton F2 Swing-Up, Wide-Track Trailer Jack item # F1413040134. view full answer...
Hey Armand,
We have a couple options for repair kits for landing gear on a 5th wheel trailer, though unfortunately we have no way of knowing what landing gear you have. It is likely Lippert/Venture or Stromberg Carlson as those are the most common, but you'll want to double check.
If you have Lippert/Venture you will need either (or both) of the Lippert Venture Lead Leg Repair Kit # LC146059 or Follow Leg Repair Kit # LC146060.
For Stromberg Carlson use either the Lead Jack Repair Kit... view full answer...
Hey Jack, it's actually not to complicated, thankfully. All you're going to need to do is first add a 4 way with the Hopkins Plug-In Simple Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # HM11140495 which just plugs in line with your OEM harness and does not require any splicing.
The last thing you'd need is # ETBC7, which tees off of the newly added 4 pole to also give you a 7 way. So by this point now, you should have both a 4 pin and a 7 way on your 05 E-450. view full answer...
Hey Tim, you can install the JT's Strong Arm Jack Stabilizer Kit for 5th Wheel RVs # LC191025 on a travel trailer with the Ground Control auto leveling system but you will also need the adapter part # LC314592 according to Lippert. view full answer...
Hey Curtis,
You'll want to jack up one side of the trailer and remove the wheel and hub in order to get to your bearings, grease seal, and spindle. When removing the hub you'll first take out the outer bearing. When you take the hub off and flip it around you'll see the grease seal, which will cover the inner bearing. You can use a seal puller or a flathead screwdriver and hammer to pop the old grease seal out to see the inner bearing. Taking the grease seal out will ruin it so you'll... view full answer...
Hey Pat, in some cases slider hitches won't work properly if the rails they are installed in aren't perfectly parallel. You might measure the distance between the rails to see if it matches on both sides. If a rail somehow got bent or damaged this could cause this as well.
Without knowing the actual hitch you are using, I can only give you general info. Sometimes with this issue it is because you are taking too much weight off the hitch. The hitch needs a certain amount of weight on it... view full answer...
